Shipping & Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and packed with care. Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or where delays are outside our control.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that the recipient's name and delivery address are correct and complete

before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at order@giftsbyl.co.uk.

Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

Where a delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Any additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect address or failure to receive or collect a parcel may be payable by the customer.

Delays

While we will always do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather and

peak seasonal periods.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or has items missing, please contact us as soon as possible at order@giftsbyl.co.uk, quoting your order number and including photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Gift Deliveries

Many of our products are purchased as gifts and can be sent directly to the recipient. Please double-check the recipient's delivery details before completing your order.
